Each KDM Powerline Construction work crew is selected for their exceptional skills, experience and training that will meet each Customer's expectations. KDM is able to configure a crew make-up to meet clients' specifications and ensure a cost-efficient, quality solution, tailored to meet clients' needs.

KDM's equipment is regularly maintained and updated to surpass all job requirements. Equipment maintenance is all cycle based, and replacement is based upon numerous factors such as reliability, and the availability of new technology and methods.

There are at least three managerial personnel in the field at all times and are readily available to make any necessary adjustments to meet clients' changing needs. This hands-on approach helps separate KDM from other similar service providers.

A full-time estimator is available to meet and discuss new projects and provide a timely bid or proposal to meet clients' needs.

The KDM Corporate Office is operated by an experienced clerical staff, including a Certified Records Librarian with the experience and training for researching legal and financial concerns.
